WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT TERMS?
100% advance payment required before production begins. Payment via bank transfer, UPI, or mutually agreed methods. Once payment is confirmed, we provide your production timeline and begin work.
WHY FULL ADVANCE PAYMENT?
Every rug is made specifically to your order. Once production begins, materials are sourced and artisan time is committed exclusively for your piece. We cannot resell custom-made rugs, so advance payment protects both our studio and our artisans.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes. We ship rugs worldwide. Domestic delivery within India typically takes 1-2 weeks after your rug is completed. International shipping times vary by destination but generally range from 2-4 weeks. We handle all customs documentation and use trusted carriers with full insurance and tracking.
WHAT'S YOUR LEAD TIME?
Every rug is made to order, so timelines vary based on size, technique, and complexity. As a general guide: hand-knotted rugs take 10-16 weeks from design approval to delivery, while flatweave pieces typically take 6-10 weeks. We'll give you a specific timeline when we discuss your project.
CAN I CUSTOMIZE YOUR SIGNATURE DESIGNS?
Absolutely. Our signature designs are starting points, not fixed products. You can adjust dimensions, change colorways, modify materials, or alter pattern density. Many clients use our designs as inspiration and make them their own. That's exactly what we encourage.
CAN YOU CREATE A COMPLETELY CUSTOM DESIGN?
Yes. Bespoke commissions are a significant part of our work. Bring us your vision—Pinterest boards, paint swatches, fabric samples, or just a description of what you're imagining—and we'll develop a design specifically for your space. Visit our Bespoke page for more details on the process.

DO YOU OFFER MATERIAL SAMPLES?
Yes. If you're considering a commission or want to see our materials before deciding, we can send physical samples of yarns, weaves, and colors. Contact us to request samples, and we'll arrange shipment.
HOW SHOULD I CARE FOR MY RUG?
Regular care is simple: vacuum gently without the beater bar, rotate periodically to ensure even wear, and attend to spills immediately by blotting (never rubbing). For deep cleaning, we recommend professional rug cleaning every 1-2 years. Avoid harsh chemicals, direct sunlight for extended periods, and high-traffic placement without a quality rug pad.
WHAT IF MY RUG GETS DAMAGED?
Hand-knotted and flatweave rugs can often be repaired if damaged. Depending on the extent and nature of the damage, repairs can range from simple edge binding to re-knotting sections. DO YOU WORK WITH INTERIOR DESIGNERS AND ARCHITECTS?

CAN I VISIT YOUR STUDIO?
