Made to Order
All INAAV rugs and textiles are made to order. Each piece is crafted specifically to your specifications after your order is confirmed. Because of the bespoke nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
Payment Terms
100% advance payment is required before production begins. Payment can be made via bank transfer, UPI, or other mutually agreed methods. Once payment is confirmed, we will provide your production timeline and begin work.
Lead Times
Lead times vary depending on the size, technique, and complexity of your piece. Hand-knotted rugs typically take 10–16 weeks from design approval to delivery. Flatweave pieces generally take 6–10 weeks. We will provide a specific timeline when we discuss your project.
Handmade Variations
Every piece is made entirely by hand. Natural variations in colour, texture, and dimensions are inherent characteristics of handmade goods and are not considered defects. Minor shedding, sprouting, and colour variations are normal and expected.
Shipping & Delivery
We ship within India and internationally. Domestic delivery typically takes 1–2 weeks after your rug is completed. International shipping times vary by destination but generally range from 2–4 weeks. We handle all customs documentation and use trusted carriers with full insurance and tracking.
Intellectual Property
All designs, images, and content on this website are the property of INAAV Textiles and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.
Liability
While we take every care to ensure accurate representation of our products, slight variations between images and finished products may occur due to the handmade nature of our work and screen colour differences.
